Creative: flowers are such a creative outlet, and really allow you to express yourself. You can play with colour, texture, different flower combinations, flowers for all kinds of events and uses. The possibilities are endless.
Nature: like going on a nice hike, or beachside walk, flowers connect you to nature and remind how beautiful the world we live in truly is. They also really connect you to the seasons as you see flowers come and go throughout the year.
Self Care: having flowers in your space is a way to do something just for you. Like taking a bath, or putting on a face mask, it's a little gesture you can make to yourself.
Relaxation: working with flowers is so calming, it's a bit like doing an open eye meditation. It's as though everything in the world melts away and it's just you and the flowers, peacefully creating beauty together.
Easy: Flowers are so accessible, you can buy them from farmers markets, Harris Farm and most larger cities have a flower market that is accessible to the general public. All you need to get started is flowers, something to out them in and some scissors. They make a little bit of mess, but in terms of investment, space and mess - they really are a very practical way to spend your time.
